Donham Design is owned and operated by Amy Donham. She is the mom of four grown boys and wife of paint contractor Aaron Donham of Donham Painting. Together, her and her husband have designed, built, and remodeled multiple projects over the course of the past 28 years and her portfolio speaks for itself. Design and construction have been such an influential part of their family life that 2 of their sons now partner in the architectural metal and design firm, known as Donham Iron, the second oldest is an electrician in the beginning stages of starting his own company, and the youngest is currently apprenticing in multiple construction trades.

Amy is a visualizer who is passionate about design and fashion and has also patterned and sewn several dresses according to her original sketch’s. One of her favorite quotes, “true fashion is knowing what is appropriate for every occasion,” describes her approach as a residential planner and drafter and helps her conceive and produce a plan that is mindful of each individual client, resulting in projects that are unique, special, and reflective of those who will occupy the space.
